Your Challenge The candidate will be responsible for: Working in the Operation&Services team focusing on coordinating applications Operation activities Interfacing with Cloud Operation team for application deployment Interfacing with Cloud operation for handling cybersecurity assessment and counter measures Coordinating with R&D for releases and upgrade deployment Provide technical support for DEOP Energy Management System customers What you need to bring with you You should already have significant experience in Energy Management systems, together with: Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a changing environment Being a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element Eligibility to work in Italy Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Electronic or Information Technology Good knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestrator, network communications, software virtualization and containers management Good knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and management. AWS know-how is a plus Experience in handling Technical Support service requests Experience on energy standard protocols (Modbus, IEC104, OPC UA) Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Italian Proven experience in similar roles would be a plus What can we further offer?
