Responsibilities

• Manage companywide projects as assigned, including deliverables, timeline, cost, prioritization on resources to drive operational efficiency and cost-saving results
• Support the implementation of new processes, automation, systems and capabilities to improve organization effectiveness, productivity and efficiency
• Conduct regular review/audit of all ongoing improvement projects and updates internal control records
• Drive continuous improvement culture throughout the company
• Assist in the implementation of company’s business continuity plans, as well as other projects and analytical works

Requirements

• Degree Holder, preferably in logistics management, business management, quality management or food industry related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing operation / process improvement and project management
• Knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or other Operational excellence skills is preferred.
• Sound experience in applying various improvement tools, including 5S, visual management, etc.
• Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and statistical tools
