Responsible for the day to day operation of the Supply Chain Department, maintaining the optimum stock level balancing inventory level to meet customers' demand, and ensuring good internal control. Ensuring all reports are being prepared and submitted on time

Major responsibilities

• Ensure smooth importation of goods from the manufacturer through ZP pre-alert shipment, coordinate shipment clearance with forwarding agent, indicate goods receipt through SAP
• Follow up with ZP for saleable & labeling
• Assist in inventory management by placing purchase requisition to manufacturer/demand planner through COUPA/SAP system to ensure availability of products at all times.
• Follow up with vendors/manufacturer/plant for stocks availability and ETD to ensure sufficient stock at all time
• Close follow up with SAP team, RDIL Customer Service for IDocs clearance
• Preparing Inventory reconciliation report (ZP vs SAP), MB52 report, VA05 report, and IDocs report
• Assisting in preparing all reports (Regional monthly DFC file, DOH Inventory report, Inventory Aging report, Monthly KPI report, and Out of stock report etc)
• Prepare Regional weekly DFC vs LBE report, Regional Flu tracking analysis report, and Regional Dengue tracking analysis report
• Creates and submit purchase requisition via Coupa / Purchase order amendments for approval
• Monitor Coupa approval process and PO availability to ensure accurate monthly Procurement Summary tracking/reporting
• Email PO to requestor once available in the system for payment request
• Processing vendor invoices for payment submission and managing the payment process
