Our client is looking for high caliber candidates to fill the position of Senior Operation Manager / Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Manage the business development as well as implement both sales and after-sales marketing activities in Macau
• Build and sustain customer loyalty as well as to develop and nurture new relationships with potential customers
• Manage daily operations to align with company short & long term objectives
• Review and formulate policies and guidelines to enable smooth and efficient business operations
• Foster a high performing team with active staff engagement from all levels through clear and open communication

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related discipline
• Minimum of 15 years’ managerial experience in motor vehicle industry
• Experience in dealing with influential and high net-worth clients would be a distinct advantage
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua 
• Station in Macau
