Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk? Do you know how make the right call in challenging situations? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

• Monitor and assess key controls applied to each delegated party during the ongoing due diligence process identification and investigation of negative trends, exceptions or new risks occurring within the delegated functions (including NAV review and TA operations)
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a robust control and governance framework
• Perform the initial due diligence review before delegating any functions under the responsibility of the management company to external parties
• Monitor and enhance the controls of delegated and outsourced provider activities – be involved in client service level reviews, setting up/monitoring KPI/SLAs, reporting on incident review while ensuring a proactive management of open issues
• Monitor future changes in the regulations in order to anticipate impact on the current control framework and implementing the necessary changes within the timeframes prescribed by regulators
• Collect and analyze valuation reports received from the valuation agents
• Review the valuation metrics inputs, models and reports and analyzing the key value drivers
• Understand and review complex financial models projecting future earnings and profits potential and use this to form a judgement
• Be involved in reporting on delegated and outsourced provider activities to management, conducting officer and board level
• Work with various stakeholders including senior management, audit, and other intermediaries
• Assist the valuation committee on ad-hoc tasks
• Report to the Head of Department and Management Committee on the results of the monitoring done on delegates and service providers
