Responsibilities

• Handle full set of outbound documents, Customs declarations
• Follow up nominated shipments with SOP, shipping instructions from overseas offices, agents to ensure smooth operations
• Seamless communication with shippers for sailing schedule, booking as well as pre alert to destination agents
• Input shipment data into company sea freight system on timely and accurate manner
• Prepare report as instructed by immediate superior, manager Requirements
• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarder as sea operations clerk
• Good communication skill with customers and subcontractors
• Hardworking and good team player
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency knowledge in Word and Excel
