We are now growing our operations consulting team in East Asia and looking for talented candidates that bring operations experience, skills and capabilities to join us in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Leader in the delivery of projects by applying experience and skills in operational and organizational change within our target sectors of Healthcare, Aviation, Water and Utilities, Rail, and Local HK Government
• Use consultative tools such as focus interviews, workshops, surveys etc. to engage with clients and better understand their organizational requirements
• Complete tasks to assess organizational design and operating model structures in alignment with strategic objectives and future operational requirements
• Support the design, development and implementation of new operating models and organisation structures based on demand and performance criteria
• Application of knowledge of Organisation structures types and principles such as SPOC, reporting hierarchies and Lean to support the design of new organizations
• Able to support the independent assessment of organizational skills and capabilities
• Support change management activities and help to conduct gap analysis and impact assessments in the areas of Structural, Culture and Behavioral and technical changes
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver their expectations displaying excellent stakeholder management and problem resolution skills

Qualifications and Experiences required:

• MBA holder with relevant qualification in management sciences, business administration or occupational psychology
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting and / or Operational Environments
• Knowledge and skills in any of the following areas will be a distinct advantage:
• Experience in Change Management and understanding of the application of change management approaches and methodologies
• Benefits case development and delivery of feasibility studies, gap analysis and impact assessments
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
