Job Description

Manage operations including warehouse, domestic transportation and other value added services. Ensure all operations to run smoothly and effectively.

Work closely with Sales and Solution team to implement SOPs for new customers, continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness for the operations in freight forwarding, warehouse & domestic transportation.

Maintain and improve relationship with customers;

Identify growth opportunities with current customers

;Keep close cooperation with cross-functional departments and other logistics service supplier to execute a total solution for customers;

Implement and improve KPIs for customers

Manage and develop high productive operation teams

Maintain discipline in A/R management

Regular business report to management group and participate in conference call with international customers and headquarters.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in related majors;

Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry with management level, preferably with an international company;

Professional knowledge in 3PL, import& export business, supply chain management, transportation or warehouse inventory management;

Operation experience in automotive, high-end consumer products, health care experience would be a plus;

Good presentation and customer service skills and experience in lean manufacturing, KPI setting and driving continuous improvement;

Highly self-motivated, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, people management skills

High integrity standard

Fluent in English speaking and writing.
