The primary function is to provide commercial support such as order management, order entry, price checking, order clearing, compliance, complaint handling, coordination of delivery and billing. Senior responsibilities: • Hold trainings and training follow up for new employees/projects • Has the knowledge of all the accounts handled by the team • Helping out the Team and Team Leader with reporting tasks • Being first point of escalation in case of absence of Team Leader • Supervising process improvement and process description update • Participating in business meetings/ leading ad-hoc meetings with the team • Ensuring cross-functional operations Order Management Responsibilities: • Key user in SAP, first contact point for other team members in case of technical questions • Responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and/or sales or service representative to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. • Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA (incl. Brand Label Sales) and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as and-to-end order status management, repair/calibration request, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements. • Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics • Manage and support the export business processes from the order entry until the shipment is delivered and invoiced • Keeps close connection to PDD Production Network and DHL Pohorelice team to ensure high on-time delivery performance and whilst customer stock level in Hub Pohorelice is minimized • Point of reference for customers for all types of commercial requests: solve complex, high impact problems • Participates regular operational calls (led by SCCs and Brandlabel Sales support) with key customers to sustain and ensure close cooperation and improve Order Management process • Drive customer loyalty through increased productivity, improved value and through a high performance culture Qualifications Your experience matters: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree Professional experience in order and export management Fluent English knowledge In depth knowledge of computerized order management processes, SAP and/or ORACLE BPCS, CRM or similar experience is an advantage Proficient in creative problem solving, conflict resolution, and managing priorities Strong analytical skills required to enter, document and manage orders and customer issues Strong Customer Service Skills Demonstrated ability to take ownership of an assignment and customer satisfaction Adapting and driving change and process improvements Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer) What we offer to you: Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Flexible working solutions (hybrid, flexible working hours) are implemented across different EMEA locations We make ethics and culture matter – You will enjoy working in supportive and collaborative workplace where ethics and safety are in our DNA We make your perspectives matter - Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top-to-bottom diversity.
