This role provides leadership and management of initiatives across our portfolio of DEI programming.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Learning Design and Management

 

As a Senior PM on the DEI team, you’ll design, develop, and rollout an enhanced DEI learning curriculum that builds skills and fosters awareness, inclusion, and allyship.

  • Assess organizational readiness and employee needs, with a strong focus on change management
  • Design curriculum that drives understanding, adoption, and behavioral change
  • Source and curate content through a combination of independent research and collaboration with internal and external experts
  • Develop a mix of learning assets ranging from in-person sessions to digital content
  • Program manage roll out of courses and materials to global audiences
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and facilitate workshops
  • Measure impact and perform ongoing updates and enhancements

 

2. Communication and Cultural Competence

 

You’ll help drive greater appreciation and understanding of other cultures, traditions, and identities across the organization.

  • Oversee and grow our global calendar of DEI celebrations, this includes designing scalable “event kits” for regional locations
  • Draft and edit DEI-related articles and organizational announcements for internal and external communications
  • Design and manage content for our DEI intranet pages, with a strong focus on user needs and experience

 

3. Partner and Consultant to HR and Business Leaders

 

Leveraging your subject matter expertise and consultancy skills, you’ll work on high profile, global projects with internal and external stakeholder groups.  

  • Partner on special projects that aim at driving systemic change across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning, and Talent Management
  • Support external stakeholder relationships with investors, community organizations, and professional associations
  • Work with colleagues across HR to diagnose underlying talent/DEI challenges
  • Think strategically to design holistic talent interventions that increase diversity in representation and cultural competence 

 

 

Requirements

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years professional work experience preferred (Associate’s degree and at least 8 years of professional work experience required)
