In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive Philips business in CEE by translating marketing objectives into winning paid video campaigns. You will be part of an in-house media planning and buying team activating across the CEE region.
You are responsible for
Strategizing, executing and managing a variety of Social Media ad campaigns from conception, through daily management, analysis and optimization, to final reporting Using dedicated tools for social ad campaign management to implement, run and optimize the campaign
Continuously measuring and optimizing campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future trends
Gathering data on consumer, competitor and market conditions
Recommending the targeting strategies based on historical data and market trends
Recommending measurement solutions to help understand the impact your campaigns make on your audience and the business in general
Providing regular reports, ROI analysis and recommendations for Campaigns Marketing Managers
Managing large budgets
Collaborating with marketing and digital teams across CEE on a regular basis
Working together with our in-house creative team to craft best-in-class creative assets for you paid activations, that effectively communicate key messages defined together with the marketing team
Working together with Social Media Specialists
You are a part of
a passionate digital professional who drive the digital transformation within the organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
3 + years of professional experience managing Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.) ad campaigns for large businesses
Proven experience of social media e-commerce solution
Proven experience using Facebook API-based tools/solutions – Facebook Marketing Partners (targeting, optimization and campaign management)
Experience in building paid social media strategies
Experience working with creative/communications teams to craft creative assets driving audiences through full consumer decision journey
Confidence and skill in presentation and knowledge-sharing, engaging and leading them through complicated subject matter
Expert knowledge of trends and tools for Digital platforms, self-service advertising,
Strong research abilities with excellent analytical skills
Data driven mindset
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Previous ownership of your own clients/accounts
