Job Description

Position Overview

JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):

1. Create Payroll database for all staff locally.

2. Maintain and update pay history records for China branches

3. Calculate commissions, overtime payments and other allowances.

4. Prepare Maternity leave pay.

5. Monthly commission pay advice and distribute to division/staff.

6. Preparation of payroll reports and month end closing.

7. Attend to enquiries from staff on payroll matters.

8. Provide administrative duties as and when required.

CREDENTIALS:

QUALIFICATIONS

BS or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent

EXPERIENCES

Minimum 5 years Payroll experience on payroll processes.
