US PE Fund owned oil and gas company who is partnering and leverage resource with CNOOC and CNPC.

• Develop, implement and manage Performance Management process, supporting departments and business in delivering targets. Includes scorecards, organising review sessions and reporting at department and business levels.
• Manage Risk Management process, working across business and reporting up to management team.
• Crossover with Senior Planning Analyst responsibilities and jointly deliver department objectives, including Plan Cycle delivery, economics support, modelling and strategy.
• Develop knowledge of the business and activities, proactively identify and deliver ad hoc financial and business analysis for senior leadership and business partners
• Prepare and deliver findings, results, conclusions and recommendations of economic and business analysis in a readily digestible format, including Commercial, M&A and internal projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business related field
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in financial planning or analysis
• High energy with a curiosity to proactively identify and explore opportunities and solutions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High level of using software applications, especially Excel
• Upstream Oil and Gas experience; history with an international company is valued in addition to local energy company experience
• Self-reliant, able to set own path to successful delivery of tasks
• Highly driven to be part of a dynamic and growing enterprise
• High proficiency in English
