Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily administrative personnel affairs:
1. Personnel responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. Recruitment: responsible for company recruitment (including overseas offices); establish and improve the company recruitment process and system; collect and coordinate the recruitment requirements of all departments, and draw up an annual recruitment plan according to company staffing; carry out works like recruitment, selection, interview, evaluation and hiring; establish company talent programs and reserve mechanisms;
b. Employee relations: manage and optimize the company's employee relationship management system; establish harmonious, pleasant and healthy labor relations, and handle labor disputes; manage employee personnel files, check archival appraisals, and inspect on file cleanup and destruction; responsible for labor contracts and related agreements drafting, signing and management; handle procedures of employee recruitment, transfer, reward and punishment, and demission;
c. Performance management: formulate and implement the company's performance appraisal system; collect, report and appeal for employee performance appraisal data; comment on and suggest for the performance appraisal;
d. Staff training: investigate employee training needs; formulate and implement employee training plans according to the company's development strategy; record training results;
e. Salary and welfare: collect industry salary and welfare status and research reports; formulate employee compensation and welfare system in keeping with company strategy; give budget, verdict and declaration on annual salary; formulate employee attendance, staffing salary, social security, provident fund statements; record and collect the status of all welfares;
2. Administrative duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
a.Draft and compose all administrative related systems and agreements; monitor and enforce company rules and procedures
.b.Be responsible for the draft of the texts of the company's leadership speeches, reports, and work summaries etc.,
c.Record the number of rent, water, electricity and coal using of the company and all industries subordinate to it; apply for the payment and remind of the rent;
d.Apply and require for, purchase and check office supplies;
e.Deal with and annually review all applications for the company's documents and qualifications;
f. Be responsible for the notification of all official holidays and office hours; deal with all changes;
g. Register and receive outsiders;
h. Finish other work tasks delivered by the superior;
Qualifications:
Full-time undergraduate degree or above, human resource management, secretarial, administrative or related major;
More than 5 years of relevant personnel recruitment and administrative work experience; working experience in foreign companies or state-owned enterprises of the same industry; employees with business resources of the same industry preferred;
Excellent Chinese and English (writing and speaking) expression skills, which can be used as working languages;
Professional knowledge: human resources knowledge; administrative management knowledge; corporate culture knowledge; familiar with labor law, all office regulations personnel system; familiar with two parts of working experience, including performance appraisal and training
Skillful at computer and the full set of MS OFFICE software, especially the acquirement of MS EXCEL call function and PPT;
The ability of communicating and coordinating; good reception etiquette;
Rapid self-learning ability; be integrate, faithful, responsible, obedient, and own service awareness;
