Senior Planner

General: Be in charge of converting sales order and NPI prototyping order issued by R&D team to production order and plan, create production and material purchasing request; Accountable for on time production and delivery to fulfill customer shipment, NPI build and after-sales services demands; Leverage customer demand and company inventory level for most benefits of company billing and cost; In charge of the product and material inventory management; Coordinate the whole supply chain resources and escalate the abnormal issues might impact shipment performance.

l Create and improve company overall sales order, production and delivery converting and planning management policies and procedures;

l Lead to convert and create production planning and purchasing requisition in ERP system and following next steps actions upon the PR by regular meeting and corresponding;

l Following up all the ECN and DV implementation and cost influences calculation and chargeable.

l Create company master production timeline and weekly delivery report to follow up the project production progress and highlight the risky items to team for settling down;

l Coordinating internal departments and teams to collaborate for project production and build plan including technical, supply chain, purchasing, quality and other needed confirmation from customers to ensure everything in place for prototyping and mass production launch;

l Reasonably control the inventory level by leveraging material consumption and material/production lead time and customer demand quantity/schedule to optimize company overall operation cash flow.

l Accountable for main KPIs achievement, such as On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turnover Times and Slow-Moving Material Scrap Rate;

l Report to Operations Director

Experience:

l Familiar with ERP system, handling experiences with NAV system should be plus

l Production and material planning logical and knowledge.

l Familiar with electronics manufacturing industry.

l 5years plus PMC field and project management experiences

l Experiences in working with MNC company and outsourcing manufacturer

Personal skills:

l Communication and facilitation ability

• Bachelor in Electronics or business management
