Job Description

A Senior Planning Manager will own planning activities for IMC campaigns and is responsible for generating strategic insights while driving learnings across the full suite of the client’s activities.
A thoughtful decision maker and team player has the proven ability to lead strategic planning initiatives.

• Develop campaign and communications strategies for existing clients and new business pitches based on business / brand goals
• Independently lead strategic planning projects and new business pitches
• Build relationships with middle level clients from a strategic perspective and sell ideas by presenting compelling stories
• Own the development of strategic proposals and client facing POVs, coordinate with necessary teams to account for all relevant inputs
• Manage upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely
• Understand and ensure that each team member fully understand and can deliver against client key performance indicators/targets
• Oversea output from the team, providing quality control on any documents produced by the team
• Lead and manage junior planners

Qualifications

• Ability to build good working relationship with mid-level clients
• Strong presentation skills (writing and presenting) and high collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandrain
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team with 1-2 staff
