• Plan, execute, and oversee successful completion of custom system projects based on NI platforms.

• Lead project analysis on resource, schedule & budget planning and risk assessment.

• Organize project review meetings and present slides to pursue decision from key stakeholders.

• Accurately identify and communicate internal and external customers’ needs.

• Utilize Project Management approaches to manage resources, schedule, timeframe, and quality.

• Work with engineers and sales team to ensure NI system that developed or deployed on customer sites meeting customer requirements.

• Participate in global process improvement initiatives and contribute as APAC regional representative.

Qualifications

• B. S. or higher, major in EE or CS related

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in electronic industry

• 3+ years experiences as fulltime project/program manager.

• Advanced project management skills - PMP certification is a plus

• Strong communication abilities

• Business sense and basic finance/legal knowledge

• Clear thinking and external focus

• Strong willingness to drive things happen without procrastination
  

• Test & Measurement industry background is preferred.

• Semiconductor test or 4G/5G test in telecom industry background is highly desirable.

• Customer solution integration experience is preferred.
