Our client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

Senior Printing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible for leading, promoting, developing and implementing strategic solutions in the color management and the digital workspace across the supply chain.
• S/he will serve as the organization's process expert for assigned product lines to improve all aspects of the quality management system; handle technical process, print technology development & enablement; collaborate with internal and external customers as well as suppliers on LEAN initiatives.
• S/he will also provide digital technology support and insights into the opportunities for quality reproduction and cost effectiveness; communicate, develop and implement the Process Arts and ISO print workflow at suppliers.

Requirements:

• A degree holder in Engineering/Manufacturing/Technology Degree in the related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and expertise in the production, quality assurance/quality control in printed paper products
• Macintosh Proficient on Adobe software is a must
• Expertise in a related product line, Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Familiar with Manufacturing/Engineering Data Analytics
• Familiar with LEAN thinking & tools is a definite advantage
• Good English/Chinese language skills, Mandarin is preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively in China
