• provide technology expertise to business stakeholders and application development teams to identify potential automation and efficiency cases
• analyse and drive business requirements, and prioritize workload with providing teams
• monitor, track, and report to senior stakeholders on progress and realized benefits, and drive timely resolution of requests and projects
• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using next generation automation and analytics tools
• drive communication flow & partner with experts and customers across the organization
• conduct business area review and develop strategies to drive process efficiency
