• Ensures that the process capability, integrity, operability and control are not negatively affected by the PPM-program.
• Knowledgeable in the plant technology and theory of operation used in the facility
• Optimization production process per cost, efficiency, safety perspectives.

• Collecting and listing all plant improvement initiatives. Checks the proposal on completeness and
• assesses the quality of the data.
• Responsible for monitoring the improve plant work process by putting the initiatives during its lifecycle on the appropriate lists. (e.g. white, orange, yellow, red list)
• Responsible for reporting the work process KPI’s.
• Execution of RCA’s in plant if needed
• Developing solutions for improvement opportunities
• To be as HAZOP, machine safety assessment team member, Design Procedural Safety Provision (PSP), design Safety Critical Operating Procedures, Validate Machine Safety.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science/ engineering, material science.
• Good at English writing, reading and communication.
• 10-year Experience related to Petroleum / Chemical or Polymer process is preferred.
