• Identify opportunity for automation implementation, Design and implement automation solution for productivity and quality improvement
• To develop ELS (Enterprise Lean Sigma) activities and coaching the ELS leader for daily kaizen and problem solving
• Figure out operation problems and propose Kaizen suggestions.
• Implement or drive ELS activities of all departments.
• Follow up Kaizen plan with function dept.

• Above five years work experience in Lean/Six Sigma or relative.
• University graduated or above.
• Proficient on Industrial Engineering.
• Complete computing training.
• Know Lean/Six Sigma Manufacturing System.
• Passion for excellence.
• Good English in written。
