Our client is a HK headquartered company looking to set up a global procurement function.

Description

Reporting to the Director, you will build and develop a team in Hong Kong to look after global procurement across the business. You will centralise end-to-end procurement processes in different locations and develop strategies to drive organisational efficiency. You will identify gaps in the current framework and established standardised policies and procedures. You will interact with internal customers to understand their needs, liaise with external suppliers to drive synergy, streamline processes, and drive cost saving initiatives. You will ensure procurement practices are complying to corporate governance.

Profile

You will be a degree holder with at least 15 years of relevant experience in procurement. Set up experience is a must. You will be a self-starter who is passionate to build things up from scratch.
