Our client is a well-regarded listed property developer with a strong portfolio of residential development and commercial projects in Hong Kong and China. Due to business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager / Procurement Manager (QS) to join the team.

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee daily procurement operations, sourcing and tendering activities
• Liaised with internal stakeholders to process procurement activities to ensure smooth daily operation
• Identify potential suppliers, managing supplier relationships and providing inputs to supply risks identification
• Negotiate with external suppliers on contract terms
• Monitor the supplier performance to ensure uninterrupted supply without delay and acceptable quality
• Negotiate with the suppliers to achieve the greatest value of money on every purchase
• Provide professional advice to top management on vendor management
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying with professional qualifications such as HKIS OR MRICS.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained from consultancies and developer
• Previous experience in Hong Kong Property Developer would be preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good presentation skills and can work well under pressure
