Job Responsibilities:

• Procure building materials, furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting, fabrics, wall coverings, flooring, artwork, mirrors and accessories for typical rooms, suites, restaurants and public areas competitively, timely and at the appropriate quality standards
• Deliver project on time to support successful opening
• Lead installation of FF&E items ( may handle by construction )
• Ensure project is delivered on time, under budget, meets quality standards and operational requirements
• Ensure corporate quality standards and local government standards are met
• Assist in complex analysis for supplier and material contracts
• Immediate available is preferred

Job Requirements:

• A diploma holder or above in Hotel Management/ Supply Chain/ Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in construction & property industry
• Experience in project management role on institutional/ commercial/ retail/ hotel/ residential development
• Experience in handling oversea projects 
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and independent
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Procurement Officer - FF&E
