1. Systimatic PLM Or Centric background.

2. Familiar with different footwear construction and materials types.

3. Know well about Product development process with PD background. This person will flexibly require to give some support to the PD managers and handle some projects in the peak season. Depends on the assignment.

4. Costing mindset and knowledge, pattern enginnering for best material yields/usage.

5. Attention to detail, patient with BOM/specs.

6. Good communication in English.
