In this role, a successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Ensure the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.

• Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits.

• Evaluate, develop and debug of complex test methods.

• Develop and debug complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment

• Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions

• Test, validate, modify and redesign circuits to specification

• Analyze customer returns with emphasis on test hole closure activities.  

• Create and apply concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints

• Plan and schedule daily tasks, develop solutions to problems

 

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Digital Testing or Design
10+ years of experience in TCL, PERL, Python, C and/or C+

Preferred Qualifications:
Technical debugging skills.
Experience in DFT, high-speed memory testing, or ATPG.
Experience with analog CMOS design topologies (oscillators, bandgap, ADC etc.)
