Job Description

Core Job Responsibilities

Strategy and planning

  • Identify consumer education drivers and challenges, and develop annual plan and quarterly plan with deep operational insights via collaborating with cross function teams.
  • Plan and develop consumer education program national wide with specific focus for MMC and in-hospital consumer education program through HCP, to effectively deliver brand benefits and enhance consumer engagement.

Content development

  • Develop consumer education contents, tools and materials upon consumer insights for Professional Education team, with high quality to enhance brand equity and messaging.
  • Work with HCP education manager to strengthen close relationship & cooperation with national authorities to develop speakers, contents and materials with endorsement for consumer education programs at national level.

Execution excellence

  • Work with related functions to implement consumer education program at national level.
  • Evaluate consumer education program and activities efficiency and effectiveness, and optimize consumer education related investment to deliver better ROI.

Professional Education team support

  • Work with Professional Education team in annual and quarterly consumer education budgets planning & review with specific focus on MMC
  • Collaborate with cross function teams with integrate efforts to drive initiation

Minimum Education

Indicate the minimum education level to perform this job.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field – e.g. marketing, nutrition or OTC

Minimum Experience/Training Required

Experience:

  • 3-5 years and above experience in brand or medical marketing in infant/kids food or pharmaceutical business, professional or patient education is preferred.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a successful performance record in infant nutrition or related industry.
  • Understanding of financial principles such as budget control. Ability to analyze sales administration technical data. And proven track records in managing medical channel operation funds, allocating resource to support business development needs.
  • Managed multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Technical skills:

  • Strong understanding of Infant Food sales & marketing and gain brand & category knowledge.
  • Knowledge in the pediatric and obstetric environment about pregnant & infant nutrition, understanding HCP influence on the behavior of the end user of IMF products and services.
  • Knowledge of effective communication and how to impact and influence people
  • Good oral, reading & writing communication skills in Chinese as well as in English.
