To be qualified for the position, the candidate should have the following elements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing or relevant disciplines
• Over 10 years of Product Management experience preferably with the exposure of Electronics Products
• Competent in performing product management including competitor analysis, product roadmaps and product life cycle
• Have successful business track records in developing and managing competitive products from conceptual stage to product launching
• Able to construct a structural and comprehensive product portfolio
• Good at marketing strategies and execution through traditional marketing and digital marketing channels
• Can deal with all levels of people internally and externally
• Mature, stable, professional, self-initiated, highly motivated and result oriented
• Good communication, presentable, creativity, problem solving, analytical, people and product management skills
• Possess good command of language in terms of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Product Manager.
