Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Product Manager Nubeqa, are to: 

 

  • Assist the brand team in the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and agile programs, with a focus on nonpersonal promotion, media, and digital marketing;
  • Provide input on, and support the development of, operational brand plan, promotional strategies, and media plan;
  • Manage transition of media vendor to ensure flawless execution of critical tactics;
  • Lead execution of non-personal / digital marketing tactics in close collaboration with experts from other areas at Bayer (e.g., Business Insights, Digital Team, Data Science and Advanced Analytics);
  • Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors to ensure successful execution and measurement of KPI for media/NPP/digital tactics;
  • Participate in the development and PRT (promotional review team) approval of advertising and promotional materials for branded and unbranded initiatives;
  • Embrace principles and tools of agile marketing;
  • Participate in cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Market Access, PR/Communications, Sales Training, etc.) to communicate brand initiatives and ensure successful implementation of plans;
  • Contribute to an environment that fosters learning, open communication and teamwork to maintain and expand capabilities;
  • Be responsible for assisting the brand leads with executing the tactical plan, including, agency, KPI, and budget management, encouraging collaboration among cross functional teams, adhering to company compliance, policy, and guidelines, continuously assessing training needs and/or training materials and conducting field visits to gain insights and feedback.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least three years of Pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience;
  • Marketing experience;
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills;
  • Passionate and self-motivated individual who thrives in a high intensity, fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Up to 25% domestic travel.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Advanced degree;
  • Experience in Oncology and/or Urology;
  • Digital / Agile marketing experience.
