via the language of user experience and benefits?
Lenovo is looking for a tech enthusiast to lead our global product marketing
team, overseeing Lenovo’s diverse commercial portfolio. This leader will be at
the helm of a team of product marketing managers, driving product marketing
support for ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, ThinkSmart, ThinkReality, ThinkEdge,
specialized vertical devices, and NDA commercial products. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in product marketing, team development, and
experience directly supporting sales. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will
work closely with both our product teams (business units) and marketing
communications managers (peers) to define product positioning and bring
forward key pillars that resonate with our target audiences.
Specifically, the role will focus on:
\- Setting a new standard for commercial Think portfolio marketing –
questioning how the brand is seen today and helping to support our efforts to
reinvigorate ThinkPad with younger end users.
\- Developing positioning for each device within Lenovo’s commercial
portfolio.
\- Overseeing team’s development of visually compelling & engaging product
enablement: videos, photography, customer presentations, webpages, datasheets,
sales leave-behinds.
\- Collaboration with functional teams including global marketing, product,
design, user experience, as well as external partners to align and implement
product messaging .
\- Executive presentations – representing Lenovo in key product launch
meetings and events (media tours, alliance partner pitches with Intel,
Microsoft, AMD, Google, Qualcomm).
\- Partner closely with our business units to influence product development
with target audience and Lenovo global marketing insights.
\- Preparing out sales force and channel partners to have compelling
conversations with our customers.
\- Close monitoring of competitors .
\- Manage and report on an annual budget. Audit and improve on product
marketing strategy across portfolio.

#### Position Requirements:
\- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field.
\- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a product marketing role
\- Technology background in either hardware or software highly preferred
\- Advanced PowerPoint skills, proficient with Excel, with the ability to
summarize details quickly and sell ideas through decks
\- Experience working in a global company / reaching global audiences
\- Strong attention to detail and results oriented
\- Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitative
skills
\- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with
senior leadership
\- The ideal candidate would be a resourceful, self-motivated individual
willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
