• Lead quality technical analysis, help plant quality team to repeat fail phenomenon, find root cause and provide solution & validation plan;
• Take charge of VAVE, to find VAVE ideas, and define test plan & do test, to optimize MP products cost;
• Handle material EOL/shortage from SCM team, validate 2nd source;
• Support CR/CO process, communication with customer (global) for engineer change

Qualifications

Requirement:

• Bachelor or above
• 3 years+ experience
• UPS or Electrical background
• English communication skill, good coordination skill
