Responsibilities:

• In charge Mens & Kids underwear product developed in Asia
• Full ownership of the products from Proto to Production for Asia developed styles
• Responsible for fabric, color, fit and Quality
• Set up of PLM
• Meet calendar deadlines
• Daily communication and frequent travels to oversea offices and vendors
• Drive the pricing strategy/margin targets
• Guarantee that all shipped garments meet PVH quality requirements
• Support oversea offices for vendor’s strategy/allocation, pricing, buying.
• Assists on planning and actual QA – QC related work

Requirements:

• 5 years up relevant experience
• Post secondary Education
• Ability to work with multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-time zone business partners and counter-parts
• Experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment
• Apparel background preferred
• Being open to changes
• Familiar in development and production process
• Good team player
• Good aesthetic and commercial sense in making commercial judgment
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills to work with overseas office & vendors
• Proactive problem solving developer which has attention to details
• Strong personal integrity and professional ethic
• Good command of written & spoken English and preferably Chinese
