Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting functionally to the Technical Project Manager
• Assist the Technical Project Manager with the management, organization, planning, and coordination of specific assigned theatre or resort wide events and projects directly related to the Entertainment Division and Technical Department and its operations or scheduled programming
• As delegated by the office of Technical Direction, assist with any assigned component of any future resident show(s) with respect to show load-in, integration, rehearsals, creation, or operation. Duties for this could include, but are not limited to, specific technical rehearsal scheduling, scene shift rehearsals, scenic element and properties storage planning
• Work in partnership with all Entertainment Division Departments. The Senior Production Coordinator may also be called upon to support and collaborate with other MGM Cotai resort wide departments dependent upon individual event or project needs
• Perform all duties in accordance with MGM MACAU’s policies and within the realm of MGM MACAU’s Mission Statement

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience with managing multiple format entertainment industry oriented events, facilities, and/ or installations
• Related experience is preferred within a specific entertainment industry area such Technical Direction, Stage Management, Production Management, Lighting, Sound, Rigging, or Special Effects and Pyro
• Bachelor's degree in entertainment related program is preferred
• Must possess excellent English language skills, both in written and verbal communication
