Description and Responsibilites:

• Oversee all stages of production: integrate sale order, utilising raw materials, organising manpower, machines maintenance, planning and organising the production schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Measure the factory capacity, set up SOP and analysis reports
• Assist in production training
• Drive continuous improvement in production flow, production capacity, staff and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid management experience in food manufacturing industry
• Basic knowledge on ISO 22000 and FSMA
• Familiarize manufacturing flow and engineering
• Conduct PMC or ERP experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Results oriented with ability to plan, strong in execution and pay attention to details
• Immediate availability is advantageous
