-In charge of production shopfloor,
-To produce good quality product;
-Make sure the output and on time delivery meet our customers’ need;
-In charge of the implementation of 5S process, make sure the RFID production team to meet standard requirement;
-Continuously improve the production process flow;
-Continuously improve and maintain the product quality;
-Continuously to improve and upgrade the production tools;
-Communicate with the partner departments to maintain smoothness of production;
-Ensure all employees participate company
-Organized training on ISO9001 and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI.
-Provide assistance to improve technical and operation skill of the technicians.
-Be responsible for other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.

-Over 5 years working experience of production management.
