To direct the timely, quality and cost effective delivery of all program components associated with the E-business Program._x000D_To manage a pool of IT & business Program resources as a team – supplemented by external resources – to drive ongoing delivery of the E-Business program_x000D_. Management responsibility for the monitoring and control of Program/Project milestones, budget, scope, risks/issues, change and deliverables to meet the project success criteria._x000D_ Provide timely and accurate information and communications to the Asia Pacific Executive, key QBE stakeholders and external parties on the progress of the E-business Program._x000D_Travel within the Asia Pacific region as required to meet E-business Program needs.
