We are looking for a Senior PM to address Administration and Management needs of Teams’ customers. 

Responsibilities

• Gather impactful product insights leveraging existing listening tools and secondary research mechanisms. Adept at running compete analysis, defining user research requirements to gather feedback and incorporating it back into the solutions design
• Write specification documents defining features.  This will require working closely with internal engineers, Program Managers (PM) in various partner teams such as Azure & Office 365, designers, customer PMs to understand the problem scope and articulate solutions and thereby the overall strategy
• Present to management & customers a roadmap for the solution area. 
• Provide technical and product leadership to a team of highly passionate engineers. 
• Work closely with partner teams, building trust, articulating dependency and influencing them to deliver upon a shared goal
• Remain current on industry best practices as well as those used across other Microsoft products. 
• Technical bent of mind to be able to comprehend issues, work arounds, solutions and drive product decisions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager 
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (eg: Computer Science, Engineering etc) or equivalent practical experience
• Great written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can be applied across organizational levels 
• Experience in influencing cross functional stakeholders
• Ability to synthesize customers needs and translate that into product roadmap
• Ability to build trust with customers, internal and external partners through quality delivery and integrity 
• Good product foundation, solution design skills & ability to learn quickly. 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to quickly ramp up on new technical domains to be comfortable to discuss understand and strategically contribute to detailed technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and be comfortable operating within a fast-paced software and services engineering environment.
• Should be self-motivated, self-directed and a self starter
• Knowledge and experience in collaboration and communications space is a plus.
• Background in all aspects of leading software engineering with strong skills in the areas of cloud services, Administration and Management, and deeply familiar with IT Admin persona
• Adept at data analysis to drive decisions
