We bring the voice of the customer to engineering.
Our customers depend on Windows to do their jobs and it is our job to make sure the teams building Windows have insight from customers about what exactly they need next from Windows. We run a process where we listen to customers, our field, check our data and identify areas for improvement and investment in Windows. We specifically focus on the commercial customers and work to make sure that their unique requirements and use cases are well understood and prioritized. Then we work closely with the engineering team to make sure those solutions are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Responsibilities
This role requires the ability to think strategically about major areas for investment, drill into customer requirements, and importantly, work in a collaborative manner with engineering to make sure a solution is delivered.

Own identifying top customer issues that need to be address
Help develop business case for addressing specific issues
Scope solutions with engineering partners
Track issues until resolution
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for future investment
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Excellent program management and organization skills
Experience navigating and influencing software engineering teams across multiple organizations
Great problem-solving skills, ability to see the larger picture
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience working with enterprise customers preferred
Experienced in IT administration and management technologies
Enterprise deployment and migration planning preferred
Experience with Power Bi or Excel for Data analysis
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
