Job Description

Azure Networking operates and manages Microsoft’s global network which is one of the largest private networks on earth.

Defining and driving new network security and management capabilities while making challenging business/technical tradeoffs that have meaningful and measurable financial results, then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Program manage key sub-products/features of the Azure Software Defined (SDN) stack.
  • Interact with our most important customers to address their questions and feedback to support our planning processes.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • Networking experience and understanding of network technologies. Network edge experience is a plus.
  • Strong, demonstrated technical problem solving and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong cross-team skills
  • Significant experience interacting with enterprise customers

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years Program Management/Product Management experience defining and shipping products
  • 5+ years developing strategic solutions requiring participation across organizational boundaries
  • BS or MS in computer science or electrical engineering desired. Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus.

 

 

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:   

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
