The Network Infrastructure Deployment team delivers the hyper-scale, low latency, high reliability network connecting customers around the globe to the rapidly growing Microsoft Cloud. As part of the Cloud and Enterprise organization, we support the needs of more than 200 Microsoft online services, including Bing, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype, OneDrive and several hundred thousand customers using Azure to host and run their Cloud Services in over 100 datacenters, running millions of servers and edge computing nodes all over the world. Our customers and partners rely on our commitment, follow through and continuous improvement to achieve their goals.

We are looking for a strong technical program manager able to develop and execute strategies to deliver datacenter network and related technologies at cloud scale in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will work in partnership with the delivery program managers to allow the faster buildout of networking in all sites. You will apply technical insights and deep knowledge of constraints in the deployment delivery ecosystem to recommend and drive process and/or design improvements through driving business insights, designing and building automated software solutions to streamline the process.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a strong Technical PM who is deeply passionate about building applications to automate business processes, someone who brings deep technical/problem solving chops and a passion for getting things done. We are looking for an experienced and very technical Program Manager to help us drive new initiatives in this space, from ideation to delivery.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven architecting/designing and coding skills in C# and full stack web development.
• Experience building modern and secure web applications and services on a cloud Platform.
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Quickly prototyping software solution to a problem statement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 + years of experience in Operations, Project Management or Program Management.
• 5+ years of C# coding experience.
• 3+ years of full stack web development experience on cloud platform.
• Six Sigma or PMP or PMI certification.
