Microsoft Teams has been the fastest growing Commercial Service in Microsoft’s history and gained very positive reaction from the industry and strong support from Microsoft executives resulting in massive investments in ensuring Teams’ Enterprise, EDU and Gov readiness.

 

We are looking for a Senior PM to address Administration and Management needs of Teams’ customers.

 

Responsibilities

Who you are

You must be an experienced Program Manager with deep background in all aspects of leading software engineering with strong skills in the areas of cloud services, Administration and Management, and deeply familiar with IT Admin persona. Success in this position will require a broad set of experiences and skills, ranging from articulating customer needs related to your feature area, excellence in core engineering, data analysis, and building a collaborative working relationship with design, engineering, marketing, and partner organizations. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering commercial software solutions.

Qualifications

You should have a demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly on new technical domains and comfort in discussing, understanding and strategically contributing to detailed technical issues. You must be able to manage multiple projects and be comfortable operating within a fast-paced software and services engineering environment. You should be self-motivated, self-directed. Knowledge and experience in collaboration and communications space is a plus.

You are a Change Agent. You are not satisfied with status quo and are tirelessly challenging existing assumptions and come up with new approaches to tackle problems that are perceived to be unsolvable.

 

You love listening and working with Customers and Partners. You love setting strategy as well as getting your hands dirty, whether it’s building plans, talking to customers, engineers, partners and working with partners with a growth mindset.

You’re a clear and articulate communicator. You show great empathy for your audience. You’re deliberate about your customer needs, and you rely on feedback from users to guide your decisions as well as input from your team.
