Are you a senior Program Manager who has managed cross-divisional programs? We're looking for someone like this to:
• lead the technology delivery of complex Financial Crimes Prevention and cross-divisional programs within Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance IT
• effectively manage all aspects of large scale/complex and/or transformation programs from planning through to execution
• lead engagement planning, establish governance, mobilize and manage project teams directly or indirectly (i.e. within a matrix organization) define deliverables and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management; deliver on-time and within budget, manage quality of work products; manage risk, control environment and ensure expected benefits are delivered
• manage day to day interactions and expectations of business executives and sponsors
• act as counselor/ coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment/ retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams
• measure, monitor and report progress to ensure that performance targets are met
• embed risk awareness by proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation
• motivate and lead high performing teams to deliver best in class consulting solutions to our internal clients
