Solution expert in either of the technologie: SAP Successfactors, Oracle HCM. Peoplesoft working knowledge is an added advantage.
- Transform application landscape by adopting cutting edge technologies like cloud, DevOps, Micro services
- Willing to try hands on and show the way for the team
- Monitoring team effectiveness against KPI‟s, driving through change as needed to deliver continual service improvement
- Expertise with process building for Service Delivery (Agile Scrum Methodology)
- Instill a high performance culture in the team with a focus on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving issues.
- Be capable of identifying and implementing change within the team to ensure it can take on new offerings.
