You will be a Technology Leader (Line management) and own end-to-end delivery responsibilities with your team.

Objectives of the Job:
- Project & Program Management – Coach your team and ensure successful delivery of services in Cyber Security for IT, OT & Car-IT.
- Ensure growth of business based on a target roadmap while maintaining focus on high quality.
- Define and implement a future roadmap for your team's products & services.
- Drive innovation projects and ensure value-add considering latest Cybersecurity trends and standards.
- Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in your team by defining clear career paths as well as increasing the value of work while reducing repetitive tasks with e.g. automation.
- Ensure a high level of Stakeholder satisfaction working closely with the central Cyber Security team bridging to our Stakeholders in all global regions.
