We are currently recruiting for a US Benefits Program Manager. In this key role, your primary responsibility will be to manage Agilent's US Benefits, with a focus on the US 401(k) Retirement and legacy US Pension Plans. In this role you will be accountable to manage outside vendors as well as internal partners (legal, finance and payroll teams). You will be responsible for plan design, implementation, communication and administration to achieve Agilent's desired business results within a total rewards framework. This position will report to the Director of Global Benefits.

Major responsibilities include:

· Manage US retirement benefit programs with an emphasis on the US 401(k) plan and legacy defined benefit pension plans. Primary duties are plan design, communications, reconciliation of program costs to GL, and daily plan administration support.

· This is a key role establishing employee benefit guidelines; provide expertise in monitoring compliance issues, assessing the impact of legislative changes on the retirement programs.

· Participate and make recommendations with Treasury on 401(k) investment and investment manager recommendations, review of investment performance, and maintenance of investment guidelines.

· Provide excellent customer service to Agilent employees for a great employee experience.

· Expedite delivery of the US benefits programs by establishing and maintaining working relationships with the record-keeper, trustee, and other third-party vendors; administer the DC and DB programs as necessary. Set high expectations of third parties to deliver timely, targeted and cost-efficient benefits programs.

· Responsible for SPDs, 5500s, policies, procedures and other benefit communications in accordance with federal and state legislation and related deadlines.

· Develop effective cross-functional relationships and partnerships with internal benefits resources, other corporate resources (e.g., legal, finance, accounting), business and HR resources to produce world-class retirement benefits delivered in a timely, targeted, and cost-effective manner.

· Create, maintain, and deliver timely, relevant and effective benefits training programs for line managers and program participants, as applicable.

· Benchmark US Benefits programs through participation in Benefits surveys and networking with peer companies.

· Analyze benefits data for trends, cost drivers, and savings opportunities which align with Agilent's benefits philosophy and long-term strategy, as applicable.

· Contributes to Benefit team efforts by accomplishing other related activities as needed.
