In this role, you have the opportunity to

support the implementation and development of programmatic solutions within Personal Health /consumer electronics/ Business Unit.  

You are responsible for

  • Strategizing, executing and managing a variety of Programmatic ad campaigns from conception, through daily management, analysis and optimization, to final reporting

  • Continuously measuring and optimizing campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future trends

  • Gathering data on consumer, competitor and market conditions

  • Recommending the targeting strategies

  • Recommending measurement solutions to help understand the impact your campaigns make on your audience and the business in general

  • Providing regular reports, ROI analysis and recommendations

  • Collaborating with marketing and digital teams across CEE on a regular basis

  • Working together with our in-house creative team to craft best-in-class creative assets for you paid activations, that effectively communicate key messages defined together with the marketing team

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 3 + years of professional experience managing Programmatic ad campaigns for large businesses

  • Proven experience using:

  • DSP – Display & Video 360

  • Google tools/solutions – Campaign Manager (trafficking), Analytics, Data studio, Tag Manager,

  • Advanced understanding of programmatic buying (DSP) and audience segmentation (DMP)

  • Technical tracking expertise, e.g. setting up tracking codes, troubleshooting etc.

  • Experience in building programmatic strategies 

  • Experience working with creative/communications teams to craft creative assets driving audiences through full consumer decision journey

  • Confidence and skill in presentation and knowledge-sharing, engaging and leading them through complicated subject matter

  • Expert knowledge of trends and tools for Digital platforms, self-service advertising,

  • Strong research abilities with excellent analytical skills

  • Data driven mindset

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Previous ownership of your own clients/accounts
