A Leading International 4As Media Agency is looking for a talented digital-savvy to grow with their exciting digital media business in Hong Kong:

Roles and responsibilities

• Optimize each unit dollar to enlarge the overall trading efficiency in the most effective way
• Working with planning team on trading executions in daily basis
• Building relationships with various working partners, including clients and vendors
• Follow up on trading execution with planning team to ensure the delivery, set KPIs & goals
• Demonstrating the capability of the display & video marketplace, RTB technology & Private Marketplace through different DSPs
• Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of campaigns, and ensure optimal delivery and performance
• Develop basic yield optimization strategies and identifying opportunities to optimize, improve ROI for incremental revenue
• Troubleshooting programmatic trading and ad operations issues with third party vendors to ensure campaign delivery with achievement of KPIs.
• Creating / generating creative trading ideas
• Implementation of media plans including material follow up
• Coordination with local & regional markets & reporting
• Providing post-buy reports & learning and identifying potential opportunities and directions
• Reporting for billing system monthly to ensure the revenue streamline

Requirements: 

• 1-2 years’ experience with digital marketing agency
• Experience on managing digital ad campaigns, - display, video, mobile, ……
• Solid knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website tracking and associated technologies
• Understanding of programmatic trading, including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMP, audience targeting is an advantage
• Good English, Putonghua and interpersonal communication
• Has a passion and curiosity for all things new and creative
• Good PC skill, especially in excel, PowerPoint & internet operations, proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office
• Immediately availability is preferred
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Well organized multi-tasker
• Interested in different technology
