Major duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct, design and coordinate different types of research at Social Lab;
• Develop content and edit lab publications and relevant educational materials;
• Coordinate social lab events and develop Social Lab’s partner network;
• Assist in lab methodology development and lab evaluation.
• To undertake ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
• Work on weekends or holidays during peak seasons.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience with solid track record in conducting community research or consultancy projects;
• Experience in project management with cultural organizations, public sectors or service consultancy preferred;
• Degree or above, major in public policy or public administration preferred;
• Knowledge and interests in public policies  and community issues, passion for developing the long-term well-being of Hong Kong definitely a plus;
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented with  great interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
