Senior Programmes Manager / Programmes Manager

The appointee is expected to (a) lead a dynamic team to oversee the planning, management and operation of the student exchange programmes; (b) manage the administration of the interdisciplinary programmes; (c) review and develop the promotional strategies and network for talented candidates for interdisciplinary programmes; (d) manage mainland and international partnerships and liaise with internal and external stakeholders; (e) provide administrative and secretarial support to committees; (f) assist in planning and implementation of the University’s strategies for non-local student recruitment; (g) provide administrative support to budgeting, reporting and data collection; and other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Requirements
Candidates should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience; (ii) an excellent command of both English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua; (iii) excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and (iv) proven organizational, management and multitasking skills. Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
