Job Description:

* Work with the Design and Development Architectural and other design disciplines to develop and implement MGM design direction

• Manage Design Consultants and Project Contractors to facilitate design and successful construction completion

• Conduct design studies on client/operator driven design changes to determine implications on all disciplines (Architectural, ID, Structural & MEP) in the first instance

• Attend site inspections to ensure the intended design and quality is delivered and assist where necessary to lead the resolution of site clashes

• Review and comment on shop drawings particularly in terms of constructability, sequencing and including where applicable alternative construction systems and methods

* Identify any potential Value Engineering exercise to accumulate cost saving without sacrificing aesthetics and quality of design

* Interact with other departments and employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross culture communications

• Approve material submission samples from Contractor

• Prepare MGM presentation documents

• Perform other job-related duties as required

Job Requirements:

* At least 8 years’ experience in architectural coordination, experienced in both contractor and owner setting preferred

* Degree in Architecture or above

* Fluent in written and spoken English

* Must possess advanced computer skills and thorough knowledge of AutoCAD

* Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when required
